The product has Samsung’s warranty, which is subject to Samsung’s warranty policy. The warranty period and if it has local warranty in your country depends on Samsung’s policy. Our store offers 2 year warranty for customers in EU countries and 1 year warranty for other countries. Of course, you can also mail the products to us for repair. 4.About the return
If you do not use the product and not activate the device (we can check when it is activated), and the product box as well as the device is available for re-sell, you can return it to us in 7 days after you receive the product and we will return the money back to you. You can mail the product to our HK warehouse (you have to pay the mail fee yourself).
5.Who will pay for custom duty if necessary?
